• Opening an account using another person's information is prohibited
• Opening an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited

All users must thoroughly understand the betting rules before placing bets on ace61. ace61 offers Sports Betting, live betting, and a variety of gaming options — each of which may be subject to separate rules.

Once a bet has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled unless ace61 decides to void it due to a technical error. For live betting, odds may change after a match has started — the odds at the time the bet is placed are considered final.

If a match is cancelled or unsettled, ace61 will refund the stake for that bet. However, if a match is abandoned after the halfway point by the relevant authority, the decision will be at ace61's sole discretion.

• Spreading false information about ace61 or committing chargeback fraud
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses

Ace61 may suspend or terminate any account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.

Users may also request account closure at any time through ace61 support. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed — however, where an account is closed due to a rule violation, ace61 reserves the right to forfeit the remaining balance.

Ace61 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the ace61 platform, with the date of the update displayed at the top of the page.

Continued use of ace61 after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. ace61 recommends that users visit this page regularly.
